Grow Your Business with Accessibility Services
Website accessibility is no longer optional if you’re launching projects for clients. Whether you’re working on large government websites or building small brochure sites for the restaurant down the street, it is vital that everything you build be usable by people of all abilities. For agencies or freelance designers and developers, learning how to make websites accessible may feel overwhelming and like a daunting task.
It doesn’t have to be. Equalize Digital is here to make launching accessible websites for your clients easy. When you partner with us, you have the benefit of having expert accessibility consultants, auditors, and developers on your team – without the overhead of hiring additional staff or needing to spend months learning the intricacies of WCAG.
From design review, auditing, and user testing, to custom coding solutions for the trickiest problems, partnering with Equalize Digital will help you ensure your clients’ websites are fully accessible and allow you to offer more services to grow your bottom line.

Our website accessibility services can be customized to fit your business model and client needs. Whether you have an in-house team of developers and only need audit/testing assistance, or you need custom coding to resolve more challenging issues, we’ll help ensure the websites you launch meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which will help your clients meet requirements under ADA, Section 508, AODA, and other laws.
Don’t waste dev time building websites with accessibility errors you’ll have to fix later.
The best way to start an accessible website is with designs that were created from an accessibility-first perspective. Having our team review your designs before your start coding will identify errors before you build and reduce the need for developers to repeat work. We’ll provide recommendations for design improvement and technical implementation so you can maximize profits and increase efficiency on your website projects.
Whether you want us to make all the fixes or you prefer to remediate accessibility problems collaboratively, our accessibility specialists and developers are here to help.
We can custom code solutions for any problems present in your website’s theme or plugins, or help you determine alternative solutions that meet your needs. We’ll work together to ensure your client’s websites are fully accessible so they can achieve their goals online – and we’re happy to let you take all the credit.
Live User Testing
Confirm accessibility with live user testing with blind and visually impaired testers. Our testers are native screen reader users and can provide you with real-world feedback on the accessibility of the websites you build for clients.
If you’re designing and developing websites for enterprise clients, live user testing is a must. Provide your clients with peace of mind that their website will work for all users and receive detailed feedback for any issues that may exist so that you can resolve them quickly.
Accessibility & QA Monitoring
Utilize our Accessibility Checker WordPress plugin or, for non-WordPress sites, our external accessibility scanning and monitoring tools to ensure your clients’ websites stay accessible. Get notified of problems with regular automated scans so you can resolve them – or stay completely hands-off and allow our team to make all of the fixes for you.
Just need an accessibility expert to bounce ideas off, ask questions, or for occasional one-off page tests? Consider our team, your go-to accessibility team. We’re available via email, Zoom, and phone calls to answer all of your accessibility questions and can provide a la carte accessibility assistance as needed. Flexible monthly plans starting at 4 hours per month and no long-term contracts.

Earn a Commission on Software and Service Referrals
Some agencies prefer to handle their client relationships and bring us in as a vendor. In other cases, it makes the most sense to refer clients directly to us so you don’t have to manage the project or be a go-between. For those situations, we invite you to join our affiliate program and earn a commission for every successful sale you refer.
Join our affiliate program and we’ll pay you a commission on all qualified software and service referrals. This is a great way to grow your revenue and lead your clients down the path toward accessibility without having to manage the process yourself.
Most agencies and freelancers directly interface with us for design reviews, accessibility audits, user testing, and remediation work, and we never engage with their clients at all. Typically in these scenarios, they have marked up our pricing to cover their project management time and are selling our services as their own. In this case, the agency or freelancer purchases any applicable packages at the time when they are ready for services to be completed.
In other cases, we’re brought in as a vendor on the project and do interact with the client, who knows that Equalize Digital is doing the work and who may be paying us directly. In these instances, the agent typically uses a referral link to get a commission and may still participate in all communication and calls.
We understand how important your client relationships are to your business and are happy to offer our accessibility services in a way that makes the most sense to you. To discuss your partnership needs in greater detail, please contact us.
Upon request, we can white label audit reports, however, this may present a challenge if your client comes back with questions you’re not sure how to answer. This is something you may want to consider when determining how you’ll sell accessibility to your clients.
The Accessibility Checker plugin does not currently have a white label feature.
It is our goal to make building an accessible website easy for you and your team, and we know how frustrating it can be to have to go back and rebuild sections of websites to make them accessible. To this end, we aim with every engagement to help your team think accessibility-first in everything they do.
We offer training services to provide a better understanding of accessible design and development best practices, and with every audit, your team will learn things to help them do better on subsequent projects. Accessibility Checker Pro is also a great teaching tool to help your team learn more about accessibility.
We also offer a la cart consulting services and our priority support packages that can be used if you have questions or need short training sessions.
