Are you managing an extensive network of sites? With the Accessibility Checker Multisite add-on, you can see the accessibility status of all sites in your network at a glance, bulk activate and license subsites, and quickly copy settings between sites.

Easier Accessibility Governance for WordPress Multisite
The Multisite add-on is a separate plugin included in Accessibility Checker Agency and Enterprise Plans.
Once installed and activated at the network level, the plugin adds three network-level pages: Test Summary, License, and Settings. These pages make it easier for you to activate Accessibility Checker, assign licenses, and roll out the settings you want to all sites on the network.
Once Accessibility Checker is active and begins tracking data, you can view summary reports for each site at the network level. Reports show passed test percentages, errors, warnings, contrast errors, and ignore counts by subsite. Quickly jump to the open issues pages in a subsite to get more details or start a new full site scan in fewer clicks.

Copy Settings Between Sites
The network settings page for Accessibility Checker allows you to define a default site and copy settings from the default site to any or all sites on the network. This makes it easy to roll out Accessibility Checker to all sites on your network, saving time on configuring what post types to scan, user role permissions, and more.
Track Accessibility Status at the Network Level
Want to know what’s going on with the sites in your network? The Test Summary page shows a table of all the sites and data for each one: passed tests %, errors, warnings, contrast errors, and ignore count.
Quick links allow you to jump over to any site to run a new full site scan or view open issues in a single click.

Multisite Add-on FAQs
The Multisite add-on is included with Accessibility Checker Agency and Enterprise plans. Buy an Agency plan for Accessibility Checker here or contact sales to learn more about our enterprise plans. After purchase, the plugin will be available on the downloads page in your Equalize Digital account.
You need a paid version of Accessibility Checker to use the multisite add-on, but not all subsites in your network need to utilize the paid plugin.
It is possible to have some sites on your network running Accessibility Checker free while others run Accessibility Checker Pro. For example, you might have a WordPress multisite for a university with 5,000 sites. Of those, only 100 are websites for colleges or departments that need Accessibility Checker Pro, and the rest are faculty websites that can be sufficiently managed with Accessibility Checker Free. With the multisite add-on, you can selectively choose to activate and license Accessibility Checker Pro on a per-site basis.
The Test Summary page will include accessibility data for sites running Accessibility Checker Free, even though those sites don’t have full site reports in their individual dashboards.
No. At this time, you must have an Agency or Enterprise license to use the Multisite add-on; it is not available for purchase separately.
