Pricing
Our aim in offering meetup sponsorships is to cover the costs associated with running the meetup, and ensure that it is accessible for our attendees. Each event results in $1,175 direct costs that Equalize Digital pays out-of-pocket. The prices listed here are designed to cover a portion of those costs. We do not profit from the meetup.

Each event is limited to a single sponsor slot. Sponsors may choose add-ons to increase the value of their sponsorship, which come with additional benefits. Sponsorship fees must be paid within 30 days of each sponsored event. To maintain a consistent experience for attendees, we prefer that sponsors commit to a minimum of three (3) events at a time.
* The Webinar Platform Fees add-on covers the cost of Zoom Webinars and other specialized software we use to run these events. In exchange, we will include a 30-second commercial in the podcast release of the event recording. (You must supply the audio, and it is subject to our team’s review/approval.)
** The ASL Interpretation add-on covers the cost of bringing in a sign language interpreter during the live event. We will bring in a live ASL interpreter for the event which is a great value-add for attendees, and a way to showcase your deep commitment to accessibility.
