Agency FAQs
Most agencies and freelancers directly interface with us for design reviews, accessibility audits, user testing, and remediation work, and we never engage with their clients at all. Typically in these scenarios, they have marked up our pricing to cover their project management time and are selling our services as their own. In this case, the agency or freelancer purchases any applicable packages at the time when they are ready for services to be completed.
In other cases, we’re brought in as a vendor on the project and do interact with the client, who knows that Equalize Digital is doing the work and who may be paying us directly. In these instances, the agent typically uses a referral link to get a commission and may still participate in all communication and calls.

Upon request, we can white label audit reports, however, this may present a challenge if your client comes back with questions you’re not sure how to answer. This is something you may want to consider when determining how you’ll sell accessibility to your clients.
