Paid Memberships Pro Plugin Accessibility Audit: Alex Stine and Amber Hinds

Join us as Alex Stine, Engineer & Accessibility Consultant, and Amber Hinds, CEO of Equalize Digital, perform a live accessibility audit of the Paid Memberships Pro plugin and provide real-time feedback to plugin owner Kim Coleman.
The presentation will demonstrate how to manually audit plugins for accessibility while providing real-time feedback to help the Paid Memberships Pro team improve their plugin. In addition to identifying areas of improvement, Alex and Amber will provide recommendations for fixes.
This meetup is part of a series where we provide live feedback to WordPress plugin and theme developers. Our goal with these meetups is to provide useful feedback to developers so they can improve the accessibility of their products and, in turn, all of the websites that use them. About Alex Stine
Alex got his start in Web Development thanks to WordPress by starting off in Tech Support, moving into Accessibility Development, and finally managing the underlying infrastructure that WordPress self-hosted sites run on. Not long after starting in Tech Support, Alex lost what vision he had and is now completely blind. This was the single event that motivated him to enter the accessibility world. Helping others have the same access to information.
About Amber Hinds
Amber is the Founder & CEO at Equalize Digital, a website accessibility consulting/accessible website development firm. She is working to build a more equitable web for people of all abilities. Amber is also the organizer of the WordPress Accessibility Meetup and WordPress Accessibility Day conference.
