As a designer or developer, accessibility should be a top priority when it comes to branding and design. Accessibility is not only a moral obligation, but it can also benefit your business and attract a wider audience. In this session, you’ll learn how to make your designs accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.
Colleen will discuss how accessibility applies to branding and design, and why it’s important to consider it in your work. You’ll also get familiar with color accessibility guidelines, learn how to check contrast, and test for color blindness. By incorporating accessibility into your designs, you’ll not only make a positive impact on your community but also enhance your skills as a designer or developer.
These meetups take place via Zoom and are live captioned. You must register to attend via Zoom.
